ALL PAVILION, FIELD, AND COURT RENTAL REQUESTS WILL BE MARKED AS PENDING ONCE SUBMITTED. PLEASE ALLOW FOR UP TO 5 DAYS FOR STAFF TO REVIEW AND APPROVE OR DENY YOUR REQUEST. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 72 HOURS ONCE APPROVED FIELD AND COURT RENTALS ARE CHARGED AN HOURLY USAGE RATE. PAVILION RENTALS ARE CHARGED A FLAT DAILY RATE
Programs
We are looking for businesses, organizations, and families to register a decorated trunk OR tent/table for our Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 17th at Grange Park. Registrants will be responsible for distributing candy (or other fun giveaways) to approximately 1,500+ participants. The UMT tent will have extra candy in case anyone runs short. Decorations do not need to be elaborate but must be kid friendly.
