Programs
Yoga Flow features a vinyasa style, linking energetic movement with breath, creating a continuous and flowing practice. Suitable for beginners or those wishing to reconnect with their practice. Modifications provided for those with varying levels of experience. Each session will focus on fundamental poses (or asanas), breathing techniques, and mind-body focus emphasizing the connection between physical movement and mental awareness. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water. All classes will be held on Tuesdays (5-6 pm) at the Veterans Memorial Gymnasium.
